How Long Does the Product Stay Cold (or Warm)?

I wish I would have bought this sooner. When I get a migraine, I have been wrapping numerous ice pads around my head and neck. Now I can wear this and get complete coverage of my head. I still have to place a separate ice pack behind my neck, but this is a game changer. I highly recommend it if you suffer from migraines or headaches of any kind.

It is very helpful to reduce my headache pain. It is easy to use. It has Velcro at the back to fit well. It stays on well. You can wear it lay down wearing it. I would recommend this to anyone with headache pain or to keep cool working in the heat.

I have other ice "bands" I use for my migraines, so when I was offered this product to try, I figured "why not?" I was skeptical that it would be any different but WOW it's great! The ice packs encircle the head, from the forehead, to the sides and back and the top of the head all at the same time so it helps the blood flow all at the same time. Then add the compression and it truly knocks out my headaches in half the time.
