How can I get the best use out of my IceBeanie?
Upon receiving your IceBeanie first place on your head and flatten the gel inserts to mold to your shaped head. Then, carefully place in freezer for 45-1hr. Feel free to increase the freeze time to your desired temp. If gel inserts become too hard or cold allow the IceBeanie to sit and warm to your desired temp and feel before use. If you’d like softer gel inserts—just reach out and we will ship to you!
What currency are the prices I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
Does it cover the base of the skull to the neck with an ice pack?
IceBeanie covers the head, not the neck. However, some of our customers have found wearing the IceBeanie backwards can cover those additional areas!
Are the ice packs flexible?
Yes! Depending on how long you freeze we recommend you allow the product to sit briefly after removing from freezer. This will allow the IceBeanie to soften to your desired feel, and temperature.
How many ice packs does the IceBeanie contain? Do they wrap all around the head and forehead?
Yes! IceBeanie has 3 acupressure designed gel packs.
How long does it stay cold for?
45 minutes to 1 hour plus! Depending on how long you freeze.
Can we order extra ice packs?
Unfortunately, we do not sell the gel insets separately at this time. However, if you have any issues or concerns please reach out so we can make it right!
How does the large top gel pack insert into the beanie?
All of our gel packs inside IceBeanie are carefully pre-installed for ease of use. Simply freeze, and wear!

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We ship items as fast as we can within 24hr. Please allow production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-5 days. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days.
